HAPPY BIRTHDAY HUISHAN!!!

Went to St.Nicks this morning for the "Expanding Your Horizon" workshop. I didn't regret attending becuz I learnt quite alot of stuffs from it. The first workshop we had was on the Biocatalytic Reactions. We did 2 experiments. One of them was the reaction between the potato and the hydrogen peroxide and we observed oxygen given out. Another was the yeast thingy experiment. I'm still quite fascinated by the construction of tissues through the use of scaffolds. Merge the cation and the anion thingy and you'll be able to pull out Fibre woohoo so cool so cool! We built our own actual speakers too!!! AND IT WORKED!!!! We used very simple materials like styrofoam plate, copper wire and the Neodymium Magnet provided by Seagate. given to build the speakers. Oh and we learnt the application of magnetism in data storage! The 0-1-0-1 Principle thingy hehe so happy ^^

After the workshop, we celebrated Huishan's birthday!!! Hehe my beef noodle!! (hor Huiwen & Huishan? ^^) The celebration was very fun hehe bet its a memorable birthday for Huishan!!!
